30 Bridges Run
(Wednesday 12th
August)
We wish to invite you
all to celebrate 30 years of Bedford Harriers with a 30 bridges run,
taking place on Wednesday 12th August. Meet at the club and warm up at
the usual time and then head off with your usual coached group with
their laminated instructions to run approximately 7 miles (shorter
option available) taking in 30 of the towns bridges.
Afterwards, we
would like as many as possible to meet up in the bar for a bite to
eat and some socialising. A selection of hot food will be available
at a cost of just £3 per head which must be booked in advance with
the stadium catering staff or reception from 3rd August onward.
Please have some
change available on the night to throw in the club charity bucket.

Bournemouth Marathon Festival
(3rd & 4th October 2015)
This year, Bedford
Harriers are 30 years old, as we did 5 years ago (for our
25th Anniversary) we are planning a trip away, this time to the
Bournemouth Marathon Festival on the 3rd and 4th October.
The weekend is not just
a marathon there is also a 5k and 10k on the Saturday and a Half and Full
Marathon on Sunday. We are currently booking a hotel for the Saturday and
Sunday nights and a meal on Sunday after the races.
There will be a list
going up on the notice board at the stadium next week, so if you are
interested please add your name to the list or email the club treasurer

you are interested in Saturday and Sunday nights and the meal on the
Sunday so that we can confirm numbers of rooms.

many members along to support this and share in the club’s anniversary
