Bedford Harriers- Stort30 Weekend Training Schedule

From July – October 2016, Bedford Harriers will be organising long run training sessions at the weekend for anyone who is new to Ultrarunning, whether they are doing the Stort30 on October 30th or not. More details can be found here: http://www.challenge-running.co.uk/stort30/.

The dates and distances for the weekend training sessions can be found in the table below – more information about routes and meeting points will be posted nearer the start of the schedule.

All sessions will be running on a Sunday, starting at 8am, unless stated otherwise. Where a session is not led by Mark Taggart there may be alternative dates to join him that week as he still needs to get his mileage in!
