It has come to our attention that although races like Oakley, Sandy, Flitwick and Cranfield attract a great many Bedford Harriers, very few appear on the County Championship results.

If you were born in Bedfordshire or have been resident in Bedfordshire for more than nine months then you are eligible to enter County Championship races.

County Championship races are held with the nominated race and are free to enter on the day.  At each race there will be a County Championship desk and all you need to do is sign up with your name and club.  Simple.

From now on, a list of County Championship races will appear here and will be circulated to our members in due course.

Please make Bedford Harriers a dominant force in the County and sign up for the County Championships on the day.

NB – should you be eligible for two different counties in any one year you will only be permitted to run for one of them in a 12 month period.
