Bedford Harriers are always pleased to welcome new members whether they are new to the sport or experienced runners. The Club operates a group system of running and coaching. This means that people of all abilities and ages, from beginners up to those who have run marathons, can join other runners of an equal standard. The first month's coaching is free.
