There were some good performances at Flitwick in a race that attracted over 40 Harriers. Running particularly well was Jackie Keenan  who established a new LV55 10k club best time of 50:28. Jackie improved the previous best for the age category and distance by 41 secs.

The first Harrier to finish on the day was Stuart Bartlett in 37:57. It was Stuart's first 10k for a couple of years. The second Harrier was Bob Wells in 39:23 followed by Duncan Dickinson in 40:03. The first lady Harrier to finish was Donna McEwen in a new pb of 41:56 followed by Carla Fisher in 44:38 (also a pb) and Jenny Lovesey in 44:50. Other Harriers getting pb's included Mark Francis in 41:13, Andrea Ward in 45:57, Paul Raymond in 46:47, Bev Hayes in 48:01 and Keith Lakin in 56:19.
