Brighton and Hove 5k time trial

This Saturday whilst on a hen weekend in Brighton, I left my fellow hens asleep in bed whilst I snuck off to run the Brighton and Hove 5k time trial. Beautiful Hove Park is very similar to Bedford Park but with a much steeper hill and as the run is two and a half laps I faced that hill 3 times. The time trial is free and run weekly by a very friendly group of volunteers. The organisation is extremely slick and there is a cafe on site for a post run fry up. I would thoroughly recommend it if you are in Brighton for the weekend.
