LDWA event which I set off with 3 A4 sheets of instructions and a card to
be stamped at the village hall check points. These are so much fun! Plus
the food is amazing, along with a meal at the end and all for about £7.00.
The last 4 miles I was alone, not a soul in sight and a very large wood
to negotiate. Made a last spurt to look impressive as I reached the
village hall, only to realise that I missed the main entrace and ended up
coming in the back way through the car park, so extra mileage! Can
recommend these runs to anyone, a very easy going and hassle free way to
get a few miles in, the vast majority all off road. How ever does Noel do
these things twice in a weekend though??
