Parking is VERY tight, and there is zero parking in the village of
Wing

Please lift share as much as possible

We expect the police to be checking parking violations, and we could
loose our permission to race if there is a repeat of previous
irresponsible parking

There are toilets on site, but NO showers

Course:

The start is about a 5 minute walk along roads and through fields
-
The course is pretty much the same as previous years
-
1 undulating lap of approx. 5 miles
-
There is a 20m stretch of country road (with verges) that you will
have to run along twice
-
There is also a stream crossing near the start/finish area that you
will cross twice
-
Other than that the course is entirely off road.
