Cransley Hospice 10K
6th September 2009

The Cransley Hospice 10K  was a much bigger event  than I thought it would be, 284 runners in the 10K, 212 in the ½ marathon + a fun run. It had the largest crowd of supporters I have seen in a local race. A very nice undulating route, a beautiful glass paperweight, bottles of water, bananas & crunchy bars to all finishers. Highly recommended for next year
