3 Harriers, that I could see, turned out for this race.   Sadly there were no directions or signage that helped us get to the race once in St Albans although the meagre instructions did give directions from the car park.  Once there (15 minute walk) we discovered there was nowhere to leave baggage.

 

The race was described as mildly undulating but, personally I found it more of a rollercoaster for at least the first 3k and then the last 3 also.  There was a smashing hill between 6 & 7k too.  It was a beautiful day and the course was mostly very pretty if you ignore the half a k spent in a housing estate.  Really appreciated my choc chip muffin and coffee after.

 

I would do this race again now I know how to find it.
