HARDER : Warm up to Quantock Close. Figure of 8 loops round Pennine, Mendip and Haylands x3.  Cool down to Club via Caves Lane and Embankment approx 5.5 miles.
EASIER : Warm up to castle mound via town bridge 5 miles approx

EASIER  :  5 miles ish with tempo from bottom of Brickhill Drive down to first roundabout, approx. 1.5m
