HARDER : 2 x Brickhill Drive, one way then the other with a very short rest.  Approx 6 miles with 2 x 1.5 tempo
EASIER : An “out and back” tempo on Abbeyfields of approx 1.8 miles. Approx 6 miles including warm up and warm down.

HARDER : A run of approx 7 miles taking in hills in the vicinity of Mallard Hill and Gainsborough Rise (oh, this includes Brickhill Drive ! )
EASIER : Warm up via Haylands Way to Brookfield Drive then 2 loops and steady hill progression of Brookfield Road, cool down back to stadium via Barkers lane approx. 5.5 miles.
