HARDER : Warm up to Russell Park and the tempo will be Russell Park and Embankment.  Approx 6 miles.  
EASIER : Tempo of 2 miles using cycle track between bypass bridge and Cardington Road.  Approx 5 miles in total

HARDER : 6 x half mile circuits within Priory Marina with recovery between. Approx 5.5 miles in total.
EASIER : Meet at Mowsbury Park car park (sand pit play park) warm-up followed by short and medium interval runs, cool down.  Approx 4.5 miles.

HARDER/EASIER :  Interval runs at Russell Park with a warm-up and cool down.  Approx 5 miles with an extra lap of the Embankment to anyone who wants it.
