HARDER : Meet at stadium as usual but DO NOT go to Warm Up for an outing to Wood Lane, Willington for hill reps.
EASIER : Warm up to Chiltern Ave. Session 5 x Haylands Way and Mendip Cres. Warm down to club. Approx 5.5.

HARDER and EASIER : Warm Up to Abbeyfields. Out and back tempo of 1.8 miles with options to add distance if required by using cul de sacs. Approx 6 miles in total.

HARDER : Cycle track then cross river at Rogers Farm. Return to stadium via Goldington Road and Barkers Lane. Approx 7 miles. May have to modify if daylight not adequate.
 EASIER : Choice of distance between 3.5 and 7.5 miles, using mainly Castle Rd, Kimbolton Rd, Polhill Ave and the other roads near to the club.

HARDER:Warm up Embankment cycle path, High St, St Peters, St Cuthberts, Castle Rd.  Tempo approx. 2 miles Barkers Lane, Goldington Rd to Polhill.  Approx 5 miles.
EASIER :Warm up: To scout hut on Polhill Ave via Embankment, Bushmead Ave, Caves Lane.
Tempo: 1.7 miles (Caves Lane, Goldington Rd, Kimbolton Rd, Polhill Ave)
Cool down: To Club via Caves Lane, Denmark St, Russell Park.

HARDER : Via Polhill and Brickhill Drive, to Mallard Hill.  Reps/loops of a circuit, then back to club the same way.  Approx 7 miles
EASIER :  Warm Up to Brookfield Road for hill reps using Brookfield Road and Haylands Way. Approx 6 miles in total.
