EASIER :Warm up: To Fox & Hounds pub via Polhill Ave, Caves Lane.
Tempo: 1.3 miles (Goldington Rd, Kimbolton Rd, Polhill Ave)
Cool down: To Club via Caves Lane, Denmark St, Russell Park. Approx 4.5 miles

HARDER :Warm up to the Embankment.  Intervals using Embankment bridges.  Approx 6

EASIER :Warm up to Embankment. Session - 6 x circuits using
footpath past back of DAHS to weir bridge then to bandstand.
Cool down - via town bridge and Embankment to club. Approx 5.2 miles.

HARDER: Footpath up pass the Oasis pool,Cardington Road,Eastcotts,Harrowden Road,Mile Road,Progress Way,West End Lane,Elstow Road,Spring Road,Kempston Road,Prebend Street, Embankment and back to the club.

EASIER: A run of approx 6 miles along either side of the river and loops into adjoining areas.

EASIER: Warm Up to Brookfield Road for hill reps using Brookfield Road and Haylands Way. Approx 6 miles in total.
