HARDER: Oasis footpath and foot path to Acacia Rd.  London Rd, Willow Rd, Pearcy Rd, Elstow Rd, Brackley Rd, Broad Ave, Mile Rd, Moor Lane, Mowbray Rd, Pilgrims Way, into Elstow, Romsey Way, Abbeyfields, Meadowsweet, London Rd, Faldo Rd, Hockliffe Rd, Cardington Rd, cycle path back to club.  Approx 7
 EASIER: 5 miles including that toughy, Brichill Drive.

Drills and track session plus 400 metre time trial to help us determine “most improved runner” and for runners to monitor own progress.  Warm  up run to Butterfly bridge 6.30pm prompt.

 EASIER: Warm up to Bandstand. Session - 6 x circuits using footpath past back of Girls School to weir bridge then to bandstand. Cool down via town bridge to club.
