or Cint Horne on your night
(Complete beginners are people who have never
run before; ten minuters are people who have run a little on their own, or
who are returners to running after a long lay-off or injury.)
You role, on the nights you help out, is to run
at the pace of the group, giving encouragement and information where
needed, and generally being a motivating presence for our new runners.
The lead coach for that night will let you know if they want to you take
up a specific place in the group.
