Friday 10th October 2014, through to the spring 2015, weekly circuit training will
be available free of charge to all members from 6:30 to 7:30. Whether you
want to build that core for lamb-like performance over muddy cross-country
hills, lay a strength base for a spring marathon, or just punish
yourself after a week of over-indulgence, Friday circuits are for you. All you need are clothes to train hard in, water to keep you hydrated and a willingness to try. The sessions will be delivered by a qualified professional and designed to build the strength needed to improve runners / triathletes alike. Bedford Harriers Team Management
