ALL GROUPS WARM UP FOLLOWED BY 15 MINUTES OF 500S WITH PARTNERS (FIRST 100 WITH PARTNER ROUND THE BEND AND ALSO THE LAST 100) PLUS 15 MINUTES OF 300S WITH PARTNERS (RECOVER BY RETURNING UP THE TRACK 100 METRES TO MEET YOUR PARTNER) PLUS 3 GROUPS ALL DOING A 200 METRE CONTINOUS RELAY (GOING OFF THE FIRST RUNNER FROM EACH GROUP)
