‘The Grizzly’  Weekend Training

Home

All training is on Saturdays starting at 8.30 unless otherwise stated.  Cross country shoes advisable.

The purpose of this training is time on feet, on hills and off road in preparation for The Grizzly.  The training is also suitable for marathoners as it includes endurance and strength training

January 9th

1.45 hours approx.  (nice and steady)

Club to Old Warden Tunnel. 

Meet at the stadium

January 16th

2 hours approx.

Cycle track, Dogwood Farm, Cople, Water End, Greensands Ridge, Moggerhanger Rd, mast, down and left to Cople, returning same way

Meet at the stadium

January 23rd
