THIS PERIOD OF WORK IS TO ENABLE ALL ABILITIES TO MAINTAIN SPEED DURING THIS PERIOD OF SHORT ROAD RACES, AND TO HOPEFULLY HELP IN THE BUILD UP FOR THE CROSS COUNTRY AND HALF MARATHON SEASON.
