Titchmarsh 10k

Katarina reports on the race:

Three Bedford Harriers participated in the 10K on Sunday 3rd May 2009. It was defined not to be a 'personal best' course and I certainly found out why. Although the course was traffic free, it was very hilly in parts, very windy and cold. There were a couple of killer hills, especially towards the finish. There were a mix of runners with many beginners taking up the challenge. Well done to Sarah Lee who was the third female to finish in 43.55.
